POCVOX™ Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the POCVOX website, purchasing products, activating services, or using POCVOX communications platforms, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable product or service policies.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Products and Services
POCVOX provides Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) communications equipment, conventional radio capabilities on supported devices, digital application licenses, cellular connectivity services, and related communications technology.
Product features, specifications, availability, and pricing may change as products and services evolve.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, and product availability.
POCVOX may reject or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inaccurate information, or other legitimate business reasons, subject to applicable law.
Payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers.
4. Final Sales and Limited Defect Policy
All sales are final except where otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law.
POCVOX radios are individually configured and tested before shipment.
Returns, repairs, replacements, and refunds for qualifying defects or damage present upon delivery are governed by the POCVOX Limited Defect Policy.
POCVOX does not offer a separate voluntary extended hardware warranty unless expressly provided in writing for a particular product.
5. Digital Application Licenses
POCVOX lifetime application licenses are offered at the advertised one-time purchase price.
A lifetime license is not a guarantee of perpetual software operation, compatibility, or third-party network availability.
Licenses are subject to applicable account requirements, supported platforms, service availability, and acceptable-use rules.
Unauthorized resale, sharing, duplication, or misuse of licenses is prohibited unless expressly authorized by POCVOX.
6. Public Communications Network
POCVOX provides access to a public Push-to-Talk communications network featuring 100 available channels.
Public channels may include communications from other users and are not private or confidential communications environments.
Users must conduct themselves lawfully and respectfully.
POCVOX may moderate network activity and restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, unlawful conduct, technical issues, or violations of these terms.
7. Private Communications Networks
Private POCVOX networks require a minimum of two participating connections.
Qualifying configurations may include two compatible radios, two licensed applications, or one radio and one licensed application.
A single radio or application license does not independently qualify for private network creation.
Private network availability remains subject to compatible equipment, supported software, and applicable service conditions.
Private network access does not constitute a guarantee of end-to-end encryption or absolute confidentiality.
8. Cellular Connectivity and SIM Services
Eligible POCVOX radio purchases include twelve (12) months of SIM connectivity service.
Annual renewal following the included period is currently $29.99 per eligible radio.
Failure to renew may result in suspension or expiration of the associated cellular connectivity service.
Cellular service availability depends on network coverage, compatible infrastructure, supported equipment, and third-party providers.
POCVOX does not guarantee uninterrupted or universally available communications.
9. Radio Operation and Regulatory Compliance
Customers are responsible for operating radio equipment in compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, frequency restrictions, and regulations.
Possession of a radio capable of operating on a particular frequency does not automatically authorize transmission on that frequency.
POCVOX products must not be used for unlawful interference, unauthorized transmissions, or activities prohibited by applicable regulations.
10. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use POCVOX products, applications, or network services to engage in harassment, threats, fraud, unlawful communications, unauthorized network access, or intentional service disruption.
POCVOX may investigate reported violations and impose proportionate restrictions, suspension, or termination where permitted by law.
11. Service Changes and Availability
POCVOX may maintain, update, modify, or discontinue supported services for legitimate operational, security, technical, or business reasons.
Where reasonably practicable, customers will receive advance notice of material changes affecting purchased services.
Any refunds or remedies arising from discontinued or undelivered paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.
12. Intellectual Property
POCVOX branding, logos, website materials, original product descriptions, software, graphics, and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or falsely represent ownership of protected POCVOX materials without authorization.
Third-party software, hardware designs, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, POCVOX is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party network outages, coverage limitations, or unsupported equipment configurations.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Policy Updates
POCVOX may revise these Terms & Conditions as business operations, technology, and legal requirements change.
Updated terms will be published on the official website with an effective date.
Material changes affecting existing paid services will be addressed in accordance with applicable law.
