1. General Information
POCVOX provides wireless communications equipment, digital application licenses, cellular connectivity services, and related technology products.
Products may be stocked, individually configured, programmed, tested, or specially ordered before shipment.
2. Physical Products
POCVOX radios undergo preparation, configuration, and operational testing before shipment.
Processing and fulfillment times may vary based on inventory availability, product configuration, activation requirements, and supplier availability.
In-stock products are generally processed after payment confirmation and completion of any required configuration.
Special-order products may require additional preparation time. Where applicable, estimated fulfillment and delivery times may range from 2 to 6 weeks.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Customers will be notified of significant delays and provided with available options in accordance with applicable law.
3. Shipping and Tracking
Products are shipped using available carriers and services selected during checkout or arranged by POCVOX.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.
4. Damaged, Lost, or Defective Shipments
Customers should inspect their orders promptly upon delivery.
Visible shipping damage, missing items, or equipment defects discovered upon arrival should be reported to POCVOX Support within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
POCVOX will review reported issues and coordinate an appropriate resolution under its Limited Defect Policy and applicable law.
A seven-day reporting request does not eliminate any nonwaivable consumer rights.
5. Digital Products and Application Licenses
Digital products, including POCVOX lifetime application licenses, are generally delivered electronically after payment confirmation and any necessary account verification.
A lifetime application license provides access under the applicable license terms for the supported lifetime of the licensed service. It does not guarantee that software, third-party platforms, or cellular networks will remain available indefinitely.
Digital products and activated services are generally non-refundable after delivery or activation, except as required by law or where POCVOX fails to provide the purchased product or service.
6. SIM Connectivity Services
POCVOX radio purchases include the first twelve (12) months of applicable SIM connectivity service in the advertised purchase price.
Following the included service period, annual SIM connectivity renewal is currently priced at $29.99 per eligible radio.
Renewal is not automatic unless the customer separately authorizes recurring billing.
Connectivity depends on supported networks, device compatibility, service conditions, and coverage availability.
7. Payment Methods
POCVOX accepts payments through the payment processors made available at checkout.
Available methods may include credit cards, debit cards, and supported digital payment services.
All payments must be authorized and successfully completed before products or services are released, activated, or shipped.
POCVOX reserves the right to review, decline, or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or violations of applicable policies.
8. Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability may change without notice.
The applicable purchase price is the price confirmed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
Taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, are disclosed during checkout.
